This will be a car share visit, planning to arrive in Melbourne in time for coffee or light lunch. We shall then have time to walk round the gardens, which open at 1.00. These are said to be the best surviving early 18th century English garden in the manner of le Notre. This will be followed by a guided tour of the ground floor of the house at 2.00.
