This friendly group meet on 4th Thursday of each month at 2.0 pm for a maximum of 2 hours.

Topics are agreed in advance and normally one member introduces the topic before a whole group discussion.

The discussion allows individuals to off load irritations and frustrations but also allows different experiences and new ideas to be heard. To ensure an enjoyable afternoon we maintain a rule of “no teddies to be thrown out of the pram”. This has worked well.
